Terms & Conditions
These are the Terms and Conditions governing this website transactions and the agreement that operates between Linese Beverages and its customer. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all customers regarding their purchase from Linese Beverages website.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with your purchase.
You acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age and a non-Muslim. The sale of alcohol to individuals below 21 years or Muslims is prohibited in Malaysia.
Orders received before 12:00noon Malaysia time (GMT+8) on a working day will be processed on the same day, delivered within 2 to 3 working days to Penang or 3 to 5 working days outside Penang. Orders received after 12:00noon will be processed on the next working day.
We offer free shipping for orders of any amount within Peninsular Malaysia. We do not deliver to Sabah and Sarawak.
For customers who opt for shipping, please provide a deliverable address and ensure you or your representative is present to receive your order from our delivery service. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery and alternate receiver can accept your order when you are not present for delivery and shall accept the goods under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself.
For customers who opt to pick up from our location, please allow us 1 to 2 working days to pack and process your order. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
Cancellation of Order
Please note that once you have successfully completed an order, the packing will be initiated and processed by our staff. Therefore, any cancellation of order (or any part of said order) will be subjected to an administration fee of RM20.
Return and Refund or Replace
All purchase is FINAL. Request for return and refund or replace will not be entertained without a valid reason and it is only allowed in certain circumstances e.g.:
- items are damaged during transit
- items you received does not match with your order
- items are spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise not consumable
You must notify us of your request in writing via email with supporting proof within 24 hours from the items arrival time to seek for return and refund or replace. Hence, as soon as you receive your parcel, please inspect, capture photos and videos of you unboxing the parcel and email them to us as soon as possible should you find the items are not in a good condition or does not match your order.
You are responsible for the logistics cost and delivery of returning items back to our business location and it must be completed within 7 calendar days from the items arrival date. Items may be affected by physical impact, heat, and sunlight exposure during transit, hence please be extra cautious when packing the items for return. We reserve the right to reject any return items that were subjected to improper care during their transit to our business location.
Review and Refund/Replace
Following the successful return of items to us, we will review your request and notify you via email within 3 working days whether your request has been approved or declined.
For approved refund request, we will initiate the refund process and it will take approximately 2 weeks to 1 month depending on the bank/payment gateway for the refund. An administration fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount.
For approved replacement request, we will process the delivery of your replacement according to the flow stated in the abovementioned "Orders" section and we will bear the shipping fee for replacement items.
We will keep you informed on the status of your request via email throughout the entire process.
